My 90 year old mother had no heating, reported by her carers to me. On recommendation of a neighbour I called this company. He immediately offered to go and assess the situation and communicated with me throughout. As I live over 100 miles away this was important. He was professional, polite and diagnosed the problem quickly, resolving the issue. I know that he responded quickly due to the age of my mother and the lack of heating during a cold spell. I was as impressed by this aspect as by the problem solving. Definitely recommend this young man

Shahzad was very efficient and professional when sorting out heating problems in my mums house. He identified the problem quickly (the system needed a power flush) and then went about his business without any fuss ... and left the house toasty warm and provided professional paperwork to record what he had done. I would strongly recommend him and his company - great job!
