I was worried about how I'd be treated given the reviews but I didn't have any issues, perhaps because I'm American? The wait time wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it'd be, but they did forget to take my blood the first time so I ended up coming back in about 15 minutes before the lab picked up the bloods. I understand that's super inconvenient but what I didn't appreciate is being treated like it was my fault for coming back so late in the day. Public transport is slow and I even paid for an Uber so I could make it in time. The tech asked why I went to do my xray so late (I didn't. Went straight there after my appointment) which felt targeting and unprofessional. Just a friendly reminder that when dealing with patients, even if you're annoyed, please don't be rude or unprofessional.

I come to them and they just told me to have a seat, after 20 mins of wait I went to the lady ask: do Doc know I’m here? They said YES, another 10 mins of wait she called me and confirm my name and my appointment, it end up they got my name mess up also they put my appointment on a wrong day, they have to reschedule the appointment which mean I have waiting over half hour for nothing. If I didn’t injury at workplace and work compensation send me here, I would not come this place at all. What the front desk ladies say the best is " have a seat and wait for your call”. I mean mate, if you don’t get my name and my information how could you know who’s the first and last? That’s why I got my time waste in this place. What a miserable , and owner don’t you give me any excuses about your action, not good is not good. You have to admit it .
I asked the lady at reception, How long do I have to wait? She told me “just take a seat” with her poker face. 10 mins later, a man ask a same question to her, and she became extremely friendly. Is it because my Asian face? But 5 stars to the doctor and nurses, they are lovely, thanks:)
Unpleasant experience trying to book an appt. Certainly wouldn't recommend.
Worst medical place I’ve ever been in Australia. Be prepared to wait 2h for a simple exam and pay more than what they said when you booked, one month ago.
Made a booking 1 month in advance. When we arrived (15 minutes early) for the appointment we were told if was going to cost 20 more than what was quoted. It's not hard to tell that the staff couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. People that arrived after us also got in before us.. An hour wait for a booked appointment in a crowded waiting room. Not a great experience.
Very nice and kind front desk staff. Very helpful with arranging of appointments and kind considering of our requests by Karen and Alisa.
Staff very friendly. Dr very easy to talk to. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quick service. Didn't have a long wait. Very clean waiting area and surgery room. Definitely recommend this surgery.
