Nipped in to purchase sports' wear for my grandson and some tennis balls! Helpful, pleasant staff. Felt safe with Coronavirus safety procedures in place.

Got some lovely clothes today. Had assistance when we asked for advice and the changing rooms were handy to try things on. Access is via an escalator but there is a lift at the bottom to the right. We even went back and bought a very reasonable priced winter coat so we left happy that we got sorted all within one store. There is no parking onsite but there is plenty car parks within a short walk.

Limited sizes of the most popular brands (in my situation this was for running bottoms - I struggled to find many in size medium across all the brand's - it was predominantly sizes small or XL with little inbetween) and only one staff member for tills despite queue's of 5 people

Great brands but if your in a wheelchair then forget this place even exists because there's no chance of getting around the shop.
