Drinks were fine. Previously we have been told we can do 2 separate orders, tried to do that tonight and told we couldn’t under covid restrictions (which is fair enough) stated I would drive round again and make the other order the lady stated rudely I couldn’t if I did they wouldn’t serve me. So assuming I wanted to go round again and get another drink/food I couldn’t? We weren’t being difficult but the staff member was very rude, will NOT be returning in a hurry. Will take my business to Costa instead.

The staff here are super lovely. The store has been recently refurbished so feels lovely and new. The tables are socially distanced at present and the staff are cleaning everywhere regularly. The coffee is spot on and there is a great choice of food

Never had any issues with this Starbucks until tonight! Tried 2 different bank cards and on phone (both cards have money on) asked to pay cash and was given a very rude reply by the staff member serving! Appalled at the service we received tonight and will be taking our business else where!!
