Answered numerous questions about finances amd position, and was told to expect a call back to arrange a viewing - couldn't arrange immediately because of Covid rules. No call received. What do you typically expect an estate agent's role? A negotiator between landlord and tenant? Though same is not true because when I heard negative experiences from my friends, I was bit careful. However, my experience with Stephenson Brown (Newcastle) was absolutely positive and different from what I have been hearing. Staff was extremely helpful at most of the occasions, from check-in to check-out. They were considerate of the tenants requirements and provided timely response/action. So, I would definitely say, nice property along with responsive estate agency can make your living experience better and stress-free. So, consider agency while you are selecting or choosing a property to rent. Thanks
