A great local company, their knowledge on the products I wanted (Pyronix & HIK Vision) was excellent, during our meeting I asked lots of questions and the surveyor, Lee, had all the answers I needed. Lee and his team have done an excellent job with the installation of security systems at my house(s) on two occasions over the past 5 years as well as each year, with the annual service and maintenance. Their work is always executed in a neat and professional manner - all their engineers are always on time, friendly and very helpful. Plus Lee is always a phone call away if you ever need anything urgent. Their security products and phone/mobile app integration features too are of high standards and easy to use. Had SV Security Systems install a CCTV system for my business premises in Staffordshire, we couldn’t be more pleased with it. We had 4 companies quote for the work, we found SV Security provided us with the most detailed specification, range in equipment and confidence the work could be completed within our time frame and professionally. During the installation the engineers also gave us some advice on other security measures we could self deliver without trying to sell additional products, which was refreshing. We now have them booked in for our house and will also be having an alarm system upgraded over the next few months for our offices.
