Booked in for a single busy night which was pleasurable. All the staff are very friendly and warmly welcoming as instantly I got along with a few of the female servers who directed me on hotel access and served me a beverage when I was downstairs (can’t remember names but one was blonde.) The view was incredible from my room overlooking the wharf close by, the mattress was comfortable. Definitely would go back if I ever needed a place to stay in Newcastle.

The worst Long Island ice tea I’ve ever ordered, and worse, it was a whole jug of the stuff. So disappointing, if I wanted to pay 30 for two shots, heaps of lemon juice and some basic cola I would’ve gone wild at a BWS. Don’t recommend, I have no idea what this place is meant to be good for...

Best pub in Newcastle. The staff and atmosphere have always left myself, family and friends with a great meal and experience. I always recommend family and friends to stay at the accommodation at the Crown & Anchor and they are never disappointed.
