I’ve been at the studio for just under a year now and i can honestly say that discovering pilates has been so beneficial to my physical and mental health. The girls are amazing instructors who give a very personal and well rounded experience to each and every client! My favourite classes are Burn and Jump, because they leave my body feeling really worked and pushed! I’ve recommended the studio to many of my friends, who have since joined and love it!

Ever since it opened I have loved coming to the Pilates Space. It is like no other work out. You leave feeling like you have challenged your body but also energised, like you have woken up muscles you didn't even know existed! I love that each class is different, so you never get bored and that the instructors are so passionate and professional, they really take the time to help you with technique, to get the best results you can.

I love The Pilates Space because of how good Pilates makes me feel. I feel myself always getting stronger, both physically and mentally. All instructors bring something unique and no two classes are the same.

I have tried and enjoyed several different types of exercise (yoga, F45, spin etc.) and appreciate all of them. That being said, I've never had the results that I'm getting with Pilates. 50 minutes, 3x a week and I'm the most tone I've ever been. The classes are small, which can be annoying when trying to schedule a class and it is booked out, but there are things you can do to circumvent this and more often then not, a spot becomes available when on the waitlist. Also, the small classes are much better in that you get the support and attention from the instructors to ensure your form is right which leads to faster results... I also love that there is so much variety... A new way to challenge myself all the time. *edited :)

Really enjoying the Release and Even Flow classes, as an older person, I have appreciated and been impressed by the instructors quietly giving me alternate body positions if needed.

Love The Pilates Space! Talia and her team are amazing instructors and definitely know how to motivate and help you push past your limits! I am using muscles I never knew I had and it’s great to see first results. The classes are very personalised, dynamic and different every time. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!! Can't wait to start the 6 weeks Pilates challenge in May
