A great place for kids to entertain themselves in the indoor play area while parents can have an hour or two of peace. Food is good here and not too pricey, plus there are plenty of BOGOF food vouchers available when you sign up for a membership card. Beer garden is big and a nice place to sit in the summer.

Appreciate times are not normal, but nearly 2 hour wait for breakfast is not great. Evening meal night before was good hence 3 stars otherwise would have to have rated less.

Food is fine and I really wanted to put 2 starts to reflect that, but I've never experienced service as poor as this. They sat us down and immediately took our drinks order, but then didn't see the drinks for 50 minutes after requesting from 2 other members of staff in the mean time. They then took our food order by which point we had been sat at the table for an hour. Then once our food was finished, we continued to wait another 40 minutes to get our bill. We planned on a dessert but there was no way I was waiting any longer. In the 2 hours we sat there, we spent a total of 20 minutes eating 1 course and 1 drink each! Breakfast wasn't much better, it arrived with elements missing and make sure you request all drinks and sauces at the start, because you'll not see anybody to order them later. I expect they'll blame covid and short staffing but there was 5 floor staff dealing with half the amount of tables, plenty of help if they could be bothered.

Well worth for the money :) loads of food :) love it! Staff is very kind and helpful :) Update! The business is changing on 24th of October 2016! Same company but higher standards!
