good helpful staff. Good helpful doctors and nurses. Not enough doctors and to get an appointment your best chance is to phone at 8am.

Rang 111 yesterday (Friday) at 3.30pm, they advised they would send a referral to GP surgery and told me to ring them as I needed to see GP. Rang surgery explained what 111 had said, to be told by receptionist they are not picking up referrals until Monday! Thank you very much!

Absoutley disguisting today. Never had a problem untill the staff changed. Can't get in so explain my husband had a biopsy and it had gone all septic to the reply of no appointments but he's gone work! Yes love it's called earning a wage. Told go a walk in center so ring them to them ask the reason he can't be seen by the surgery so ring again to response of go the walk in center. We were going but they asked why we couldn't be seen by surgery and still no response! If anything is seriously wrong I will be back to the silly woman on reception who clearly thinks she's got doctors qualifications!

A fantastic example of a practice still delivering the old NHS service and values even though they've had their budgets slashed and targets increased. My family and I can always get appointments and the staff are incredibly helpful. I'm not sure which site the other (1 star) reviewer is using but I've been using the online prescription service for two years and it works brilliantly. I feel very lucky to have this practice in my village.
