Amazing service and expert knowledge. True craftsmen. The shop also has a beautiful display of Seiko watches from days gone by. I've only just discovered Thomas' Timepieces in Newcastle, and now wouldn't think of going anywhere else for watch and clock purchases and repairs.

Have had two vintage Seiko watches back after service and restoration and I must say I am super impressed. The team made two very old low cost but rare watches come alive again with thoughtful restoration and polishing so they still retain their vintage feel but now work and look incredible for their age. You won’t get it done in a heartbeat but to me what has occurred with my watches is artistry and I can find no higher praise than that: recommended

Excellent repair service. Very focused on customer service. The 6 months warranty is honoured fully. My second watch repair now, one very old, one very new. Thank you!

These guys have had my 1930s pocket watch for six years now. Was quoted 200 for them to make a part and repair. Have never had an update from them , but i ring every now and then to see how its going but just get an awkward fob off.

Service isn't worth what you pay, had to bring the watch back after service as it kept stopping again and again and the dial had many visible dust particles. Atleast they offer 6 months warranty on each service but even now the date changes at 5 past 12 which isn't a bad thing considering the previous faults but kinda shows the type or service your watch will get. Movement wasn't even regulated properly after the second service and for a long time was loosing time outside an eta 2836's variation limit. Didn't want to go back to leave my watch for another month or so, hence decided to regulate myself. Turns out the stud holder wasn't in the correct position and regulating the screw didn't do anything, was able to fix it into its position at the end and now its running well enough at 5 secs a day.

Lots of interesting stuff here. Honestly, it's a little overwhelming there's that much stuff! If you've got spare time to take a stroll thru Morpeth, I'd make sure you check this place out
