I visited this branch on Saturday and got served by Aiden. I needed some Staples for the staple gun, had no idea about sizes so took the ones I had and knew I needed were bigger. ScrewFix next door wouldn't help... I was rudely told to go outside and look at the catalogue... Clearly an inconvenience to help someone... I walked into Toolstation and had the total opposite service. Kind, helpful, professional. Walked out with exactly what I needed. Aiden was an absolute Star and deserves more than 5 stars
