Waited nearly 4 weeks for my FGA to arrive and to top it all off I had very poor customer service from a guy called Ashley. He wouldn't chase up my order even though I asked him too seems like he was too busy and not paying attention to me. I would also like to point out that they delivered to my billing address and not my shipping. Great work guys...

Terrible company. I sent my device for calibration and specifically told them to supply me with additional filters for my telegan and I will pay extra. Lady on the phone said sure no problem. They sent my device back and it came without a SINGLE filter, not even one in my glass filter housing! I phoned them today and they said we don’t supply filters!! Are you kidding me? You charged me 128 for calibration and didn’t even send me ONE filter! I rather burn my money next time than giving it to your company.

Excellent service/turnaround ups collected my fga on 3rd and and it was back in my hands fully calibrated with the certificate on the 12. Can not fault test4less minimal downtime and I was kept informed throughout, highly recommended and I'll be using them again next year. Also got a free travel mug. Thanks test4less keep it up

Sent a PAT Tester in for calibration. Got email saying it did not turn on and needed repairs. I asked for it to be returned and was told it had already been repaired to save money on inspection. The tester was returned with no calibration certificate after a month of back to forth emails
