Our newly acquired retired greyhound managed to pull a claw out and had been bleeding for a while. We rang the vets and they managed to slot us in. On arrival we rang the vets and in a few minutes one came out and retrieved Dillon from the car. We stayed in the car as they observed Corona directions. Not too long later Dillon came out sporting a bandage. The vet spoke to us about what had been done to help Dillon. We found them very polite, reassuring and very professional.

Good, friendly service. We did wait 25 minutes for our appointment, which I felt was too long, but the vet we saw was so lovely with our cats. She gave the most thorough examination they have had.

Puts other places to shame.... mentioning no names...(Blythman) UPDATE - Both our cats have been ill recently, and ALN have been fantastic. The vets are friendly, detailed and genuinely care. Their professionalism especially during lockdown/Covid is outstanding, and the receptionists are also really helpful and attentive. We have to travel a bit to get to the surgery but I don't think we would go anywhere else.

It is an excellent local vet in the area. Good customer service and reasonably priced. I had my dog checked here for some complications and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
