Staff were so kind. I couldn't see my family this Christmas so had to post gifts to them , I was devastated I got carried away buying the gifts and only had a few minutes to pack them when I got to the post office. They were supposed to shut at 6.30 but they stayed open to wait for me, thank you. God bless them all, it means so much to be able to send those gifts.

Always come here to post my things, never once have I had a bad experience. The staff are always so friendly and polite. Prices are fair and the staff always make sure I know all the prices.

Says on websites open until 630pm but closes at 6pm phone number incorrect Im suprised the address isn't wrong! What a waist of a journey thanks for updating your website!@!

Nice post office in Newcastle with a small shop attached to it. Only issue is it was quite small and congested, though the staff was quite helpful and quick in sending my 20 Christmas letters.
