Store has everything you could need for your home but can be difficult to navigate. For example when looking for curtains they board said they were in the wrong aisle. Staff are very helpful however.

B&M always a happy place to shop . Friendly staff and the manager even stands In on the tills.. They have helped keep every ones spirits up by staying open last year and this year through the pandemic without a fuss but still adhering to social distancing rules .

Wasn't impressed. The majority of the gardening products have disappeared to make way for Halloween and Christmas stock. Four checkouts open with two queues. One checkout operator spent a good 10 minutes dealing with one customer making a least 2 tannoy calls for Lee to assist. At one stage both Lee and the customer went to the picture frame aisle but, rather than serving customers, the checkout operator did nothing to alleviate the queue. Meanwhile, other customers started forming mini queues in an attempt skip the wait time. The woman with the picture frame was still at the checkout when I left the store and there was no attempt to open other checkouts - not great.
