This place is the worst doctors I've been registered with, they take forever to answer the phone, I was left stood outside in the rain pressing the buzzer for exactly 13 mins before someone actually came to the window with a snotty attitude saying she was on a call she couldn't get off... Surely there's other people there? I was sat in the waiting room for my most recent appointment before and after being seen for a combined 50 MINUTES (It was not busy, I was the only one there) then to top it off I was supposed to be sent for a scan at the freeman upon immediate request but have been told by the freeman it has only been put through as routine which could take upto 7 weeks and when asked about this the receptionist was as much use a chocolate fireguard. Very poor, I will be looking for another practice.

Recently registered with this health centre after moving into the area. I was worried changing GPs as my daughter has regular medication and is being treated by a specialist at the QE and wasn't sure a new doctor would fully understand what she'd gone through. How wrong I was! I couldn't recommend the health centre enough after my first visit. We met with Dr Haskins. She knew both my children's' background and couldn't have been more receptive and friendly to both me and my young children. Definitely made me feel reassured and I know we're going to be looked after.
