Vicky is such a wonderful yoga teacher and an incredibly warm person! I’m pregnant with my first baby. I’ve been going to Vicky’s pregnancy yoga class from 22weeks and intend to continue through my pregnancy. I felt instantly relaxed joining Vicky’s class on Zoom, I was made to feel so welcome by Vicky and the other women taking part in the class. The structure of the class is perfect for me and I always feel so positive and relaxed at the end of the class. I really would encourage other pregnant women to give Vicky’s classes a try.
