I know its Christmas Eve but we ordered at 6.30 and still no food. Now 11.00. Have been fobbed of so with promises of delivery with the hour nearly 2 hours ago. Absolutely terrible and very disappointed. Will not be using this takeaway ever again.

We always get our Chinese from here as it is so nice, however we dont normally have a problem with them, but this time we did, we ordered our food then over an hour it had still not arrived, I rang them for them to tell me the driver had been and could not get in the bottom gate, I asked why they didn't ring for them to say they had but the number they rang was out of service (it couldn't of been as I was ringing from that number) I said well is he going to bring it back for them to say I would have to pay another 1.60 for delivery, obviously I was raging at that point and dont have money in the house so after about 5 minutes of talking to the driver the shop said they would pay the charge, anyway time went past and still no food so I rang the shop again for them to say its on its way, it eventually arrived, as we sat down I noticed that there was no prawn crackers so I rang the shop, who rang the driver whilst I was on the phone so the woman said they are going to bring them to you now, so I went down stairs and opened the gate so they could get in as when they left before I heard them slam the gate shut, and guess what THEY NEVER CAME BACK!!! absolutely shocking, I didnt bother ringing the shop again as I was so annoyed by that point...

Ordered food, was mean to be here 7.30 called at 8 as not arrive told it is next order out. Called at 9 as food still not arrive told driver was not able to locate address BS. Then told get sent. 10pm called back again told that it is not come.

Absolutely appalling service from the boss of the place, ordered food then received a phone call saying that they don’t deliver to my postcode and I will be getting a full refund, which was fine I could just order from somewhere else. However I waited hours for this said refund and never received it. Decided to ring the next day and ask where it was and the lady said she would pass my number on to the boss and I should receive a call, which I never did. Called them back again and at this point it was over 24 hours since my order, and spoke to the boss who said that the refund would be given in 3 TO 5 WORKING DAYS and then abruptly ended the phone on me. Still haven’t got my refund for food that I never received, absolutely appalling. If I could give 0 stars I would. Shocking

Ordered for the first time last night so wasn't sure what to expect. The food was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be ordering again. Thank you for continuing to work through this awful time and providing such great service. Our food arrived earlier than expected which was a nice surprise!
