Although I was on hold for 45min before getting through to somebody, when I did the wonderful and understanding DAVE was so kind and helpful!!!! He was patient and competent, giving me 30 mins of his time to take my details and offer \very\ helpful advice in a \lovely\ friendly manner. He noted my struggles with dyslexia and realised the barrier it causes, many do not! I felt cared for and understood. He was of the manner of a caring Uncle. :) So glad I held on to speak to someone. These guys do an amazing job!!!!
