Website has not worked for months. Given its lockdown we need it more than ever. (and its very much needed the rest of the time as getting through on the phone is a joke!) Disgusting level of service to users.

This place has rapidly gone downhill since Dr Cookey left and its easy to see why. Shuba Nahar the receptionist who thinks she is a doctor, needs to take a course in customer service and learn some respect. It is not a surprise that she has been divorced numerous times with that kind of attitude. Unsure why Dr Botan is in charge of this surgery. Dont be suprised if his answer to your health problems are 'It's a virus' or 'I've had that before'. Sometimes he seems useless and the advice given seems to be incorrect so that he can move onto the next person quickly. Dr Ojechi and Liam the receptionist are great 10/10 to them. Be warned that if you are 10 minutes late for your appointment they will refuse to see you but they will happily make you wait in the waiting area for upto an hour for the doctors to see you.

waist of time, the never answer the phone before 20min wait, if you want to book an appointment and than they say no appointments left. I don't know how the previous management (Dr Cookey) was managing things in a better ways than these. If you want to get frustrate at 8:30 in the morning ring this surgery.

The automated call system is ridiculous. It neither works nor directs your call to the correct team member. The waiting times are terrible, I have on numerous instances waited over 50minutes to be seen by a doctor who has then given me three minutes of his time. The decor and seating area is poor, as is the availability of general health information. That being said, the doctors and nurses are lovely and very well experienced. They have a good understanding of how to deal with a range of patients from diverse cultures. The two stars are simply for the staff team.
