I've made a number of orders over the years and was always happy with the products and service. My last order of over 200 never arrived. When I contacted customer services they said they would contact the courier and figure out what happened and where the package is. Weeks later they get back to me only to let me know the courier delivered the package and that's that. I did not receive anything and am very frustrated. Never again, you lost a customer. Atrocious customer care.

One star and it’s already too much! I have order one pair of sneakers "Moncler" that I didn't receive and I still have no refund. The delay was about 7-10 workings days for the investigation and now it takes one months to told me that they don't know and that they are always investigate... Meanwhile I have bought the same sneakers in a shop and everything is well but with END CLOTHING is different! Everyday I call the customer service otherwise I have no follow-up... The customer service is unprofessional. I have lost 500 euros ... that's a fact I will never place an order again with this company. Be aware of this before shopping.
