The training is first rate you really feel the difference in just a few weeks of training I think Paul Fiske is a very good instructor and flatsnout is the place to be if you want to get match fit fast
Great place to learn how to box and get your confidence levels up! Also great for losing weight as you get out through circuits etc

I have been training with Paul for a couple of months now, I lost 14 pounds in the first 2 weeks !, Paul is very good at what he does and works around you to help you achieve your goals (I had recently had a back operation), and explain the best way to achieve it, it’s not just about exercise it’s about your diet as well, Paul’s books are well worth purchasing to help you achieve your goals, as for the boxing side of it he is a retired professional heavyweight what more do I need to say!.
Great gym, much better than all these local "budget gyms", this is a proper gym and great value for money.
Fantastic gym, great atmosphere, great people that train in the gym and work there, excellent competative prices for the gym and for the protein shop which is underneath, it has a huge selection of the lastest suppliments for weight loss and weight gain as well as a big selection of pre-workouts and BCAA's, amino acids, multivitamins, liver support, nitric oxcide boosters and fat burners to name a few, it also has a fitness suit with new rubber flooring and sound system, kettle bells, dumbbells, tyres, a rower and medicine balls, there is also an outside space to do boot camps and a big climbing frame fir strength and conditioning or you can do your own thing, next to the gym is a boxing club run by two really good boxing trainers who are friendly, knowledgeable and hard working with a large amount of adult clients as well as children, in short its a hidden gem in benton industrial estate and i recommend you see for yourself
