I purchased my new longines watch from Fraser hart . The watch wasn’t even on the website but the young lady ordered me one in to store . I was told about 10 days. I received a phone call to let me know it was in about 4 days. Very quick and helpful. The staff at the Metrocentre store are second to none and a real credit to the store manager and the business.

Wanted some advise on my Michael Kors watch which needs new glass face fitted and the female assistant who answered the phone was very vague & unhelpful (basically ran me of the line). Even though I bought my watch from the same store but the Newcastle branch a few years ago & they were great, very helpful, sent it away for me & at a very reasonable price. I will not be going into this store or try to contact them again. This assistant answered the phone at 15:14 on 25 Jan 2017. She needs trained in Customer Service!! Thank you

I can't compliment the customer service in this enough, they have gone above and beyond customer care - after a few issues with my ring which to be fair was approximately 10 years old, I just don't like to complain, however when I went in to speak to them - Sharon the assistant manager was amazing and on a return visit Natalie just had the most fabulous customer relationship, nothing you buy can always be perfect & you can't blame them for that , however I firmly believe it's the customer care you receive afterwards that makes the difference and Fraser Hart, Sharon & Natalie have certainly exceded my expectations. I would be happy to recommend your shop and customer service to everyone !!
