I have ordered from here a few times after it opened. The first time I ordered I took these photos of the food. Me and my family were very pleased to know a place that sold fried chicken had opened. The food tasted very good especially the period chips. However the last few times I have placed an order I wasn't too pleased as the food was quite cold when collecting (even though I went on time). Nevertheless I shall be ordering again as my brother was very impressed about the customer service he had recieved every time he visited :)

hot wings were cold, coating was soggy and chicken pink inside. been sitting on toilet a lot today! disappointing - advise all to walk a few doors down to dixy or any other takeaway.
Ordered margherita 16 inch and thought I'd try the wings and strips. I could not believe it when I opened the box of wings and chicken strips. I kid you not I thought I was hallucinationing when I tasted the wings and strips it was the driest fried chicken I've seen. With no exaggeration it must have been in the cabinet since the corona outbreak started. The pizza was no better no sign of much sauce and overdone cheese with a spongy base. I was so enraged and how a company could send such bad food so I rang them. The answer I was given when I mentioned that the chicken was terrible 'it was last order so that's why it was dry' and if I wanted a refund I need to go via Uber. I then mentioned the pizza was overdone and was accused of trying to get a refund as he could comfirm it was cooked fresh. Now this really started to irritate me. So in the end I ended the call as clearly they have no idea of customer service.
Didn’t even want to give one star, I ordered food, paid online and it was never delivered. Absolutely disgusted.
First time I visited, had only a fiver I got 8 Delious spicy hot wings, Spicy flavoured Fries and a free Chili! The guy behind the counter was Even offering me a can of Coke. I liked the whole experience, the shop was looking Great, and the service was quick. The waiting around like other chicken outlets, and amazing tasting fries, make sure you ask for the powder on the fries. A full 5 stars, this shop deserves. Outstanding and gave me a great experience and a fiver goes a long way, you don't expect that these days.
