Not great service My Mum is very poorly and Her hearing aid broke and was unable to hear Doctors and Nurses while in hospital during the Pandemic She was unable to hear Family on the Phone Absolutely soul destroying considering Mum has depression at 80 Year old An urgent request was put through by GP to help My Mums recovery She has been given a second hand hearing aid that someone else has worn and did not even have a hearing test This is an absolute disgrace
