Visited the store last night on a bit of an impulsive whim to look at the Taylor acoustics. Had my eye on one in particular for a little while now. Luckily for me the store had a sale on and I've got a good deal on my dream guitar! Staff were very accommodating and very knowledgeable. I've always shopped at guitar guitar since I started playing as a teen and have always received an excellent level of customer service. I was served by Dean, who was pleasant to deal with and encouraging with my choice which made me feel good about the purchase. I asked for finance to be arranged 13 minutes before their closing time and Dean was more than willing to help sort it out for me. He actually served me around 6 or 7 years ago when I bought a strat and he was just as helpful then! All in all I'm very happy and will always be a loyal customer. Great staff and great service. Highly recommended!

Had a chat on the phone about my needs with the helpful & expert Dean. That call encouraged me to visit the shop where I bought my new guitar at a great price. Lovely shop on 2 levels with a massive range of stock to suit all skills, tastes & budget. Convenient meter parking just across the road too.
Great selection of stock and absolutely brilliant helpful staff. They’re all so knowledgeable and clearly love their guitars, their enthusiasm really comes across and makes it a pleasure to shop there.
The staff were real experts in customer service, and had excellent sense of humour, and the goods on sale were fantastic, so Merry Christmas and Happy New year
Visited 29th August 2020. Great guitar store in the heart of Newcastle. Staff always friendly and accommodating. They've got a load of gear for every level of guitarist. Always great to call in and look at what I can't afford..
