Really disappointed in the customer service. I asked a question and got grunted a response. For a small store I would have expected much better. Ended up visiting the wool shop in south shields and the lady there was so helpful.
It's got lot nice stuff jst not everything such as accessories like croc clips to make hair bows or clips to make personalised key chains or baby dummy holders but still a good shop for most stuff
