The product looks exactly like the website however the bottles came all scratched., the packing arrived damaged with a chip on the bottle and the limited bubble wrap made everything slip around in the packaging hence the increased the damage.. I am yet to get a response from home store loving The car refresher is a level 4 if intensity so it is super strong smelling for close promoty areas b r smells Devine

Ordered an emperor bed almost 4 weeks ago was told delivery would be within 2 wks so a week later the bed came with wrong headboard so sent it back with delivery guys and rang the shop mmmm no headboard oooh we will get on to the manufacturer and get back to you, week later still no headboard or phone call informing me of anything. I rang them and got oh yes we will chase it up and let you know when we expect the delivery now almost 4 weeks on and 4 phone calls made by myself to the shop because allthough I was promised a call back now 4 times and not once have they rang me to tell me anything. Sooooo disappointed in the service from this store the communication is diabolical. Definitely won't be ordering anything more for them. Wish me luck guys my bed will prob be 6mths old by the time I actually get the bloody headboard.

Would like to thank the team at the store for the services they provided for me and my family. It's not always about making sales or purchases its about building a relationship with the clients, the team at the store looked after us throughout our shopping trip and even after. Out of 30 items we only had problem with 1 of them but it was nothing that didn't get sorted with a phone call with no questions asked. The gentleman who we dealt with throughout (paul) is definitely an asset to the business, once again thanks for everything and see you soon.
