Jim arranged the funeral of my husband in March 2019. This is the second time that i have dealt with a funeral director but the first time that I have used James. I have to say that my experience this time round was so much better. James and his family and staff gave a truly personal service that is second to none. This does not mean that there was anything wrong with the first funeral, it is just that James and his team were so much better. It was a bit like having a Rolls Royce as opposed to an ordinary saloon car. We were comforted and guided through the whole traumatic process with compassion and care, nothing was too much trouble and I felt as though we were the only family who needed help. He, his son and all of the staff are so genuine and they really care about their customers. Any little problems were dealt with easily, this includes allowing family members the opportunity to visit the chapel of rest at times that would probably not be convenient for other funeral directors. All of this at a cost far below that of the previous funeral. Well done James and family. A truly memorable experience, we shall use your services again if we ever need in the future.
