So far I have had no problems. The staff are very helpful and getting in touch online is no problem as you receive a call back or message reply fairly quickly. I have only just joined the practice but I am more than happy.

They used to be really good - easy to get an appointment. Now? Forget it. It takes ages to get an appointment and you're expected to ring them when appointments are freed up - i.e. at a time when you're at work when you're not meant to be making phone calls. Brilliant idea. Moreover, the guy who answers the phone comes across like a Y9 work experience kid. No wonder the other doctors left.

Since this has changed it's now impossible to get a routine appointment. Been trying to book something for about a fortnight. I'm meant to phone every day to try and get something for the following week rather than be able to choose a slot that fits around work. How is this practical?
