I used John Bardgett & Sons to arrange my mother's funeral, which was a woodland burial. The process was managed by the same funeral director from start to finish, and the director for my mother's funeral was Louise Thompson. Louise listened very carefully as I explained exactly what I wanted. At times, she prompted me to consider things I hadn't thought of and she made helpful suggestions based on her extensive experience. But every detail was determined by me. Louise managed the whole process from start to finish and, at a very difficult time for me, I did not have to worry about anything. Louise did not neglect a single detail, and on the day my mother's funeral went very smoothly indeed. She had a very dignified burial and I was very pleased with it.
