This company were so helpful and I can't recommend them enough. The quality of service and workmanship that they carried out for me was second to none. The design of the headstone I requested was a unique design to incorporate an ex serviceman's cap badge relating to my late fathers former army unit. They done the design on it with such fantastic style and clarity the whole family are delighted with it. It is always a sad time when you require the services of a memorial company, but Joseph Richmond & Son were a pleasure to deal with, and handled our requests with a sympathetic and professional attitude. I would highly recommend this company for it's service and workmanship.

I am sorry for the pseudonym. I am Colin Liddell, an independent funeral director based in North Tyneside and covering Northumberland and Tyne and Wear. I have used the firm of Richmond's for three decades. They have always been my first choice as the quality of their work is exceptional. They undertook the supply of the headstone on my mother's grave; that I think speaks volumes. They are everything you would expect from a family-owned company and they can undertake all aspects of work from large commissions to simple re-lettering. All of this is done at a reasonable cost with the minimum of fuss.
