Beautifully designed bar and kitchen serving the best vegan food I have had in Newcastle. The staff are so friendly and put thought and care into the food and service. Relaxed atmosphere and decor. I recommend this place to everyone Thanks

The Journey is an absolute gem. Incredible food and a brilliant range of drinks at the bar. The staff are all lovely and the Covid regulations are spot on. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice time in the city!

Gorgeous food every time we go in! So clean and following the COVID rules to the letter! Staff are fabulous - I could not recommend this place enough - it will be my new local now that they serve alcohol too!

Discovered The Journey on a brief city break up here from Yorkshire. Intended to just have a hot drink but on perusing the menu we couldn't resist ordering the sweet potato and rosemary soup with toasted sourdough and the beetroot hummus with roasted peppers. Glad we did because it proved to be hearty, tasty food and excellent value with friendly and efficient service. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Newcastle.
