After a terrible weekend and no help from my local pharmacy or 111, I've just phoned the surgery and spoken to Andrea on reception, who listened, was sympathetic and gave me the help and advice I needed.

Very bad service more so over the telephone by one receptionist in particular very abrupt and unpleasant awful attitude very unhelpful I’ve been a patient here for 20years! just seen review below sorry to hear about it but same time glad I’ve found out others realise how it is, I’ve had the same treatment as that’s happened to me before aswell and someone I know personally

Useless doctors and impatient receptionist!

Sister was seen to be an extremely unprofessional doctor regarding her mental health, I've heard some bad stories with doctors and brushing off depression but this is by far the worst. She went in feeling ready to get help and came out feeling like a burden

Not the best. Appointments have to be caught on a Thursday as they seem to be only available to book then. I've been a patient for 18 years and it's gone downhill. \Not cost efficient\ is a phrase they love.
