My experience is that the staff are quite rude and that they are unhelpful and disorganised. I have had a consistently bad experience and for this reason I’m going to ask for my prescription to be sent elsewhere.

Would it not be a good idea to have a separate queue just to collect a prescription , rather than join the queue for food , getting those with comorbidities not having to be in full isolation away from others?
Friendly staff & great service prescription is always ready week after week
Prescribed a new medication, unlike Boots where they ask if you've had it before and offer guidance... nothing. I even asked a question and was told to ring my GP! This was the Pharmacist, I only go to Sainsbury & their pharmacy when desperate...always reminded why when I encounter their staff.
The pharmacy is great for shopping while you wait for your prescription.
