Awesome online store with a really big selection of Korean skincare. They obviously have a lot of different masks, but there are other products in the mix. I love that the always have some kind of offer or a new line promotion going on, and they also have an outlet which allows me to try some items I'm not 100% sure about. Great customer service & I will definitely order more.

Excellent, EXCELLENT customer service. I've ordered from Mask House three times now and each time the orders have arrived promptly and well-packaged. This last time there was a mistake and I didn't receive the correct number of masks. I contacted Mask House and they responded swiftly and kindly within a few hours. The very next day I received the missing masks as well as a free one they added, which I was unaware that they would do. Very good service and I will definitely continue to use them.

I've been shopping at Maskhouse for a good few years both at their Newcastle store and online. They have an amazing selection of Korean skincare and makeup products and really good sales and special offers. They always pop a free mask or two in your bag when you make a purchase. Plus I know I can rely on the girls in the shop for really sound advice and an honest review of the products they sell. I received a full size Bonair oil drop when I was last in the store making a purchase. How good is that? It retails for 48!! At Christmas I got a lot of Huxley products at 40% off and have just placed another order for more Huxley products as I really love the essence and brightening cream. I can't fault Mask House for their selection, expertise and customer service. I don't live in Newcastle anymore but whenever I come back to visit my mam we always go to Mask House. You should too!

Here comes my recent purchasing experience with Mask House UK: The online store is selling EXPIRED sheet masks, with a discount from 1.99 to 1. The web page did NOT provide any explanations on risks of using these products or specified terms and conditions, but simply a mark of "Best Before September-December 2017". Honestly, I have online shopping experiences with other stores and have never heard of any one selling expired products. So without noticing that only sentence (my bad I admit), I was delivered the expired products and one of them expired early in July 2017 (not really "Best Before September-December 2017"). After contacting the customer service, I was told that I can return the products and get a refund for them, but the double shipping expenses - for the initial delivery and the return - would be at my cost. So I should end up getting nothing but paying about 6 for the fun of receiving and sending parcels? What a great thing to do for your holiday time! First of all, selling expired cosmetic products is rare and controversial in the UK. The shop's handling of the online information is especially unclear and confusing during this post-Christmas sales period, when other stores are cutting prices for non-expired products as well. Even though you marked the difference of these products, such confusion could seriously affect consumers' purchasing experiences. This is the first time I tried this store - a huge disappointment I have to say. If you fancy buying stuff with them, my advice is to be a proper researcher and make sure you pay attention to every single detail on their web page.
