Do not hire from this company they will entice you in with s low initial price but by the time they have finished you will end up paying more than other companies, their customer service is non existent, the home we ended up having was dirty, tv didn’t work, when we picked it up, the handover was rushed and nothing was explained properly, we were told to refer to the idiots guide, which by the way, we couldn’t understand either, being two women never having hired one before, we were at a loss as to what to do, if it wasn’t for the kindness of other people on the site we would have struggled to survive as we were told not to contact them but to get in touch with the office, which we did but no reply. This company should not be allowed to operate as they do as after 24 hours they’ve got you as you cannot cancel but have to accept the extra charges or lose your deposit.
