From walking through the door on day one at newcastle beds to receiving our third bed a couple weeks back this company are second to non. From the advice received to the products delivered its professional all the way. You deal with the owners of this company all the way so you know its genuine from the start. A bed is a big purchase so you want the best for your money and who honestly knows everything about beds?? Not many people so you need genuine advice, youll get that here. I was hesitant that i could get such quality at a fraction of what \big\ retailers charge BUT you can. There is no pushy hard sales tactics at necastle beds which is rare these days as specially in the current climate. Its understandable that companys want you to spend such a big amout of money but there's no feeling of pushy tactics at this store... a 5 star service all the way... and 100% genuine. Recommend with confidence..
I have the Louisa king size bed from Newcastle Beds. It was made as a bespoke bed. The customer service I received was amazing! Owners are very customer service orientated, honest and genuine. The bed I received is of amazing quality and ultra stylish. I also purchased a mattress which is of high quality. Prices were very reasonable and there is something to suit all budgets. Overall, an excellent experience. There is no doubt that we will be back to purchase another bed for our daughter in the coming months! Thank you Newcastle Beds.
