Had to visit the ENT department recently and was absolutely amazed to be seen at exactly my appointment time. The doctor was fantastic and explained everything he did, discussed the options and we agreed the way forward. I can't fault the medical treatment. Additionally, there was ample parking. Only other comment is the hospital hasn't got the visual grandeur of say, the RVI.

I found some nursing staff very good , let down by the admission process, meaning your giving a elective admission form to fill in, I tried to hand to admission nurse who refused it, told give it to the doctor, who said give it to the anaesthetist, who then give to the nurse, then give it to the staff on ward 2, in the end no one took so medication was wrong, also meds I took was told not to take them so ended up in a lot of pain which I knew could have been resolved by allowing me to take my medication, the on duty Surgeon just to could not care less. The staff on ward 2 were very good at there job professional and very polite

Home today from time spent here in coronary ward. Great care, great staff and excellent treatment given. Hospital was under huge pressure due to Covid, but the staff were very committed to working beyond that issue to deliver terrific support.
