An appalling experience from this local firm. I wanted to offer my custom to a local firm that I thought would be trustworthy. I have messaged and tried to get an answer by telephone, none have been responded to and money has gone from my PayPal account. Have resorted to raising a dispute with PayPal to ensure I get my money back. I’m not sure what is going on with the online store but sad to say I would not recommend to anyone.

Great selection of oak furniture, bedroom, dining room, hall etc. Also some quirky pieces. They deliver or you can pick up from shop.
Looks small from the outside but it's huge! Lovely furniture, decent price. Would consider when I need new stuff.
Will never shop with this company again. Bought some bedside cabinets on line money taken out straight away then nothing. I called the shop on numerous occasions and spoke to Steve who deals with on line orders and was promised he would sort things out. Unfortunately he never returned any of my calls and my request for a refund fell on deaf ears. I had to get PayPal to chase them to get my money back. Would not recommend this company to anyone the customer service is disgusting.
