Having moved to the NE two years ago, I am happy to say this is probably the best GP practice that I have ever used. Have always been able to see a doctor, usually on the day of calling, and the nurses and reception staff are all very kind and helpful.

Excellent service,even during these difficult times,I feel safe knowing I have a good team to look after me when my health needs medical attention,I recently had to pay a visit and after a telephone consultation I was asked to go to the surgery for further checks,everything was done in a safe and controlled manner,which gave me confidence as I wasn't sure to begin with due to covid 19. Doctor bloom was very good,he put me at ease,gave me the examination I needed and gave me good advice,I have been a patient for 3 years with this practice and have nothing but praise for the whole team. Thank you.

I can not say how GREAT this group of medic's and staff are. I have had issues over the last two years and the doctor who has been looking after me, Dr Bloom, has been BRILLIANT and I can only sing praise on him and ALL the staff. As far as I am concerned GREAT practise.

I felt compelled to write a review (which I rarely do), but after the wonderful help of Bernie (who I think is the Triage Nurse) I had to. After ringing up in the morning for an appointment to see a Doctor she rang me back and spent a good amount of time with me to understand my concerns on my ailment and I didnt feel for one second that she was needing to be off the phone and onto the next call (she probably was but it didnt come across that way). She listened to me and we actually worked through the issues thereby saving valuable time for someone else to take the appointment I was trying to get, in the old days the only way of getting something done with a long standing problem was to nag the doctor but she did a fantastic workaround to resolve the problem. I then went on to explain a minor concern I had to which she again was super helpful. The call ended and I came away very happy with the chat which I needed. This was yesterday, but today she went above and beyond in my opinion. She spoke with a doctor about the minor concern for some advice and then rang me back up and left a voicemail on the subject. She could have very easily forgotten the discussion or carried out the other 10000 things she probably had to do but this small touch has made all the difference. I cant thank her enough. While i'm on, I find the doctors I have dealt with to be fantastic and the pharmacy next door very good as well. I have absolutely no affiliation with anyone involved here.
