I had a Fit to Fly PCR test this week in preparation for my journey to Japan for work. Throughout the process the staff and customer services at NPH Group were very accommodating, quick to reply to my queries and give assistance on a number of matters that arose during the process. When I went for the test, the car park attendant, reception staff and nurse were all extremely friendly and helpful during the whole process and it was a refreshing change to have such a calm experience.

I find it frightening and disappointing that I can't get hold of anyone about a test for a virus that is apparently deadly yet everyone is on holiday and offices are shut. I just want to reschedule since my flight has but it seems I will have to cancel but you will have the audacity to charge me 4 to cancel and God knows if or when I will get a refund. This test centre clearly isn't serious about the "global pandemic ".

Another company making money out of peoples and Covid misery, charging 100 for a 5 second PCR test fit to fly, these PCR companies appearing from nowhere making millions out of it, absolutely disgusting, these tests should be subsidized by the government and are disgracefully overpriced, its ok though, out of that 100 they donate a lousy 1% to a hospice to make themselves feel morally justified

Booked the Covid test at Newcastle Airport. Couldn't fault the service provided by both the NPH staff and the airport staff. Very well organised, efficient, friendly and above all, quick. Would definitely recommend if needing a PCR swab test for travel

Too late for the covid-19 test result! Booked the Covid test at NPH Clinic, couldn't get the test result in time and failed to catch the flight.

All staff are super friendly and attentive, and I’ve had a good experience here when dealing with a few mental health issues. Wouldn’t look to go anywhere else.

tldr; More interested in milking insurance than listening to the patient. After two half-hour appointments and ten blood tests the doctor deemed that my serious complaints were a result of vitamin deficiency. They wanted to develop a “continuous relationship” where I’d come in every two weeks for a “discussion”. I was willing to accept this diagnosis but I also wanted explore other potential causes just in case this wasn’t it as I was quite distraught. Not only did they abate the severity of my concerns, they started questioning accuracy of previous diagnosis from other doctors, and wanted to have a through examination and tests again to “really understand what was happening.” I was also provided a referral letter for my “vitamin deficiency” diagnosis which included misinterpretations of my previous diagnosis, false account of what I agreed to, and simply incorrect understanding of my concerns. I would have no issue with “continuous relationship” plan if they were at least willing to continue the treatment plan I was given from previous doctors until this re-diagnosis was complete. However, they refused to continue that until all new examinations would be complete which would take “6-8 weeks”. They expected me to put my life on hold and suffer the severe symptoms just so they can make some extra cash. Ironically enough they did lose a potential long-term patient due to their charades.
