The shop has some beautiful things in but poor customer service. I went in a few weeks ago to ask about a handbag online. They were going to order it and ring me on Friday when they got their delivery in. No-one rang so I rang the following week and spoke to someone different who said if it hadn't come in it would be this Friday, she took my details again but I've never heard from them. Two members of staff who didn't ring me back!
