I have been trying for 3 weeks to ring for a repeat prescription but can't get through on the phone and email request is not answered.

The medical teams that my family and I have seen over many years have been brilliant, can't recommend them enough... however the reception staff within recent years, 5yrs or so, are the worse example of poor customer service you will see. I've made a complaint once before after my wife was spoken to in a way that actually made her feel so belittled she was at the point of near tears, when actually she was right to call as she ended up in hospital. The practice needs to overhaul the desk staff or hugely invest in an intensive customers training course as their conduct with patients is unrepresentative of the quality medical care.

***I’m only giving one star because there’s no option to give less *** An absolute waste of time. Can never get an appointment either by ringing or by going in to reception in person. It’s got to the point where I’ve given up trying now.
