I went into the shop 1 day to buy a roatating seat for the car to help me to swilvel out of the car the lady said i will order u 1 still waiting to hear from them X

Useless. This shop which sells mobility aids inside has steps, there is a ramp BUT I went up it and was told 'sorry you can't use the ramp unassisted then instead of letting me look round the upstairs cause I was already up there she waited for me to come back down. What freaking mobility aid shop isn't wheelchair accessible!?!? Patronising, rude and useless.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would highly recommend podiatrist for biomechanics assessment and orthotics.
Ordered from the shop was there the following week
