Nice cortado in Costa on top floor. Browse of Home also on top floor. Bought a throw and a cushion. Popped down to buy jumper and jeans and then left. Popular, well stocked, continually being cleaned by staff. I felt secure.

Huge clothing store in centre of Newcastle. Budget clothing at super low prices. Mens ladies and children's clothes shoes and accessories. Mostly stylish clothing from Indian sub continent but excellent value for money.

I asked 2 members of staff at the Northumberland Street store for help with things i was looking for and they were no help at all. One of them told me they didn't sell what I wanted for me to then walk past them on my way out. If you want something its easier just to look for it yourself. Train your staff Primark!

Like a jumble sale! No social distancing in place! Then tried to try a coat on Infront of a mirror and was told I couldn't because of covid! But you can take it out the store home try it on then bring it back if it doesn't fit! A little silly! Also took something back as it didn't fit my daughter I didn't have the receipt because the day before the bag and receipt got wet was told off a supervisor I needed the receipt quiet rudely and sarcastic I couldn't change it for a different size! She said would you like to speak to a manager with a smirk on her face! But he will say the same thing! He came over told him what happened! He said if you know the time and last 4 numbers of your card we can reprint the receipt and exchange it! So you can exchange without the receipt so that's my hint to you all....

Very busy most of the time. Shop is large over 4 floors. Can get a bit warm if standing in ques, but they take payments on all floors, just watch how busy each one is and head there when your ready to check out.
