I got the boiler installed and everything went smoothly apart from my old energy supplier playing silly games and taking ages to provide me with a copy of my own bill and do the switch. Everything else went as explained. it is not an over night process as I had to wait for the switch to take place before they installed the boiler. The boiler was fitted properly and Gary the installer was very tidy and polite. I got a boiler for free so was was not to like. Thanks and I look forward to my free service next year.

Boiler got fitted.... eventually! After they kept ordering and bringing ones that didn't fit the cupboard. Boiler fitted and works well. Had to constantly call them to remind them about led bulbs, but again, I received them... eventually!

So far , so good. New boiler fitted efficiently and quickly. No complaints Company have been in touch several times to check if I ve been satisfied with the service. Haven't received my LED bulbs yet .

Got a new combi boiler and fitted for free from Refresh Energy, couldnt be happier, the fitter was fast and friendly and tidy and I even got 40 LED bulbs for my house! My boiler was on its last legs so it was great timing, I signed up for 5 years fixed energy deal to get this but it worked out cheaper than the standard tariff I was on anyway, Win Win :)
