An absolute pleasure to deal with.. From our very first contact Richard was so professional, sympathetic and caring. Throughout the process he made sure we had the support and guidance we needed. At all times Richard treated with the utmost respect and nothing was ever too much trouble. It was a delight to get to know him in person at such a difficult time. From start to finish Everything was clearly explained, and any question or concern we had was fully answered. As a family we always felt totally confident and relaxed when dealing with Richard and his team. For it being such a sad time everything went like clock work from start to finish. Professional to the last detail, with compassion and understanding We can’t thank Richard enough for the support and care they afforded us whilst attending to my Sisters funeral. This was such a difficult time for us all and Richard was so compassionate that every step of this journey felt as though it was done with ease. They helped arrange everything for us, taking away the strain and stress of this situation made worse by restrictions due to COVID19 pandemic and that anxiety this has caused to my family, as well as only being able to have a few people present at the funeral. My Sister had the most dignified send off with care and compassion, and the humanist Chris was able to capture her life despite only being able to have telephone contact with us. Richard went above and beyond our expectations and his professionalism was outstanding. We couldn’t have hoped for anything more during this very difficult time. All our wishes were met and the service provided before, on the day of the funeral and after was exemplary.
