From the moment i entered the clinic until the completion of my treatment i was treat professionally and with respect. The nurses, in particular Helen were fantastic and very attentive. The fact that the consultation and treatment was conducted by a very experienced doctor was extremely assuring. My Doctor ( Nic) was very informative and worked with me to ascertain exactly what i wanted without any sales pitch whatsoever. I was under no pressure, and in fact told to go away after consultation and think about all the information i had received before i decided what i wanted. After careful consideration and with an informed mind i had my treatment with the same doctor which makes it more personal. I am thrilled with the results and thank all involved in my incredible journey.

My daughter has been under treatment for over 18 months now with no change, we have spent hundreds of pounds and received no results, she has struggled to get appointments as apparently the only person that can see her is on extended leave, it seems everytime she has an appointment it's just to sell her more products, we have now referred this to trading standards to investigate, I would not recommend this company I feel there is no care for the client just the financial return, we all do what we can for our children but I feel I've let mine down by sending her there and more so by letting this continue for so long
This is based upon an initial consult with Helen(nurse). She made me feel relaxed, gave me so much info, time wasn't an issue and it was a free consult. I felt completely happy in discussing my problem/fears with her. I am going ahead with the next step and pleased to find out she will be the attending nurse at the procedure. Felt no pressure to proceed and would recommend the Newcastle clinic.
Just finished my last session and after 2 years I am so happy with the results. Ive had problems with my skin for years and the nurses at sk:n were so much more helpful than any dermatologists I’ve seen elsewhere. I would 100% recommend this clinic for anyone. Obviously it’s costly but it’s so worth it when you have the final results! Reading some of these other reviews and I cannot see why anyone would give the staff bad ratings I’ve had Helen B and Ellie and they’re always so kind and always make sure I’m comfortable throughout Can’t rate them enough!
Helpful and friendly staff with a great range of products and services. I’ve had treatments from Helen, Jordan and Sophie and all have been lovely and very professional. I’m very happy with the results so far and I’ve already booked in for additional services.
